- Qualification: Ph.D. or equivalent degree or 3 years of research, teaching, and industrial experience after an ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in a peer-reviewed journal.
2. Project Associate–1 (PA-1)

- Project Title: “BioCO₂nnect-Algae: Harnessing Non-Model Strains for Carbon Capture and High-Value Bioproduct,” funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science & Technology, GoI, New Delhi, India.
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or any other relevant field from a recognized university or equivalent. Scholars who are selected through:
- (a) National Eligibility Tests—CSIR-UGC NET, including lectureship (assistant professorship) or GATE, or
- (b) a selection process through national-level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions.
- Experience in handling algal strains is mandatory, along with knowledge of omics biology/bioinformatics.
