1. Project Assistant-II (PA-II)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in chemistry-based research activities.
- Support laboratory and analytical work.
- Participate in project-related scientific activities at CSIR-CLRI Regional Centre, Kolkata.
Qualifications
Essential Qualification
B.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemistry Honors with a minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Qualification
M.Sc. in Chemistry (General/ Organic / Nanotechnology / Polymer Science / Material Science / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical).
Experience
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with postgraduate specialization in Chemistry-related fields will be preferred.
Skills Needed
- Laboratory handling skills.
- Analytical and scientific research abilities.
- Knowledge of chemistry-based experimental procedures.
Salary

- B.Tech Leather Technology / M.Sc. Chemistry (any branch) with 2 years of research experience from an Industrial/Academic Institution or a Science & Technology Organization.

Desirable Qualification
- Knowledge/experience in R&D and handling analytical instruments.
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Bengali.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of research experience for the eligible qualifications.
