- Role: Research Scientist – Analytical Development Laboratory
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc.
- Experience: 3–5 years
Responsibilities
- Literature survey for assigned projects is a core part of many Research Scientist Jobs in this industry.
- Analysis of innovator samples as and when provided.
- Analysis of development batches and stability batches.
- Writing of experiments online in Laboratory Notebooks (LNB) with all details.
- Processing of raw data and calculations after completion of each analysis, which are essential in research scientist jobs.
- Preparation of the test report against the Test request form received and compilation of results if necessary.
- Analytical method development of drug substances and drug products.
- Analytical method development related to the Q3 parameter of different instruments like Raman, Rheometer, and Microscope.
- Validation of drug products and verifications of activities for drug substances.
- To act as the instrument-in-charge for the allotted instruments (Turbiscan, Rheometer, Microscope, etc.) and be responsible for calibration and maintenance of the same.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting for instrument-related issues whenever required, as typically expected in research scientist jobs.
- Impart training with respect to instrument handling to junior colleagues.
- Preparation and checking of MDR, MVR, and MOA are part of many research scientist jobs in laboratories.
- Maintain GLP Activity in Laboratories.
- To participate in method transfer, a critical analysis activity at the plant or outside testing laboratories.
