The selected candidate will work on an ICMR-funded research project titled: “Establishing biochip-based cell-free DNA repair assay for cancer treatment outcome prediction.”

The project focuses on advancing cancer research through innovative molecular and biochip-based techniques aimed at improving treatment outcome prediction.

Role Overview

The Project Research Scientist-I will contribute to ongoing research in cancer biology and DNA damage response. The role involves laboratory-based experimental work, data generation, and supporting project objectives within the specified timeline.

Eligibility Criteria

  • M.Sc. in any field of Life Sciences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior research experience in DNA damage response and cancer biology
  • Qualification in UGC-CSIR/NET, GATE, or DBT-BET

Compensation

₹61,040 per month (including HRA), as per ICMR norms
