Key Responsibilities

  • Microbial Analysis: Perform critical testing for MLT (Microbial Limit Test), environmental monitoring, water testing, and media preparation as part of your quality control job duties.
  • Sampling & Testing: Conduct sampling of water and compressed air as per schedules, ensuring all new materials and products undergo microbial suitability testing.
  • GLP Documentation: Maintain timely and error-free records in strict accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Data Integrity policies. Through your quality control job, you help maintain trust in pharmaceutical products.
  • Instrument Calibration: Perform routine calibrations and upkeep of laboratory equipment to ensure data accuracy.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Proactively report OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and LIR (Laboratory Investigation Reports). You will also actively participate in high-stakes regulatory audits.

Education & Experience

Teva is looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in laboratory sciences; those with relevant skills will find the quality control job environment both challenging and rewarding.

  • Education: BSc/MSc in Microbiology or a Degree in Biotechnology.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC environment, ideally with quality control job experience.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong understanding of microbial suitability testing.
    • Familiarity with trend preparation for environmental monitoring relevant to quality control jobs.
    • Ability to update and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test methods.
