Job Description – QC Microbiologist (Trainee)
Job Title: Trainee Executive – Quality Control (Microbiology)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,40,000 CTC per annum
Educational Qualification (Preferred):
· M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences)
· B.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences)
· B.Pharmacy
Eligibility Criteria:
· Gender: Male candidates only
· Experience: Freshers only
· Year of Passing: 2023, 2024 & 2025
· Willing to work in rotational shifts
· Physically fit for laboratory and plant environment
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental monitoring samples.
· Carry out media preparation, sterilization, and growth promotion testing.
· Conduct environmental monitoring in sterile and non-sterile areas (air, surface, and personnel monitoring).
· Assist in microbial limit tests, sterility testing, and endotoxin testing under supervision.
· Maintain proper documentation and data recording as per SOP and GMP guidelines.
· Support calibration and validation of microbiology laboratory instruments.
· Ensure adherence to GLP, GMP, and safety regulations at all times.
· Assist in deviation management, investigations, and CAPA documentation.
· Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the microbiology laboratory.
Skills & Competencies Required:
· Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology techniques
· Understanding of GMP, GLP & biosafety practices
· Good documentation and communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Willingness to work in regulated cleanroom environments
· Ability to work in shifts
Training & Career Growth:
· Structured on-the-job training in microbial quality control
· Hands-on exposure to regulated pharma QC environment

Salary Structure:
· CTC: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum
· Includes:
o Basic Pay
