Educational Requirements:
- Post Graduation in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- B.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and execution of process, area, and equipment qualification and validation protocols
- Preparation and review of process, equipment, and area validation reports
- Preparation, issuance, and review of Batch Production Records (BPR)
- Execution of study protocols and preparation of technical reports
- Ensuring downstream area readiness for manufacturing operations
- Handling SAP-related process and maintenance activities
- Operating downstream equipment such as TFF systems, AKTA Pilot systems, autoclaves, and buffer vessels
- Execution of production batches as per approved BPR
- Testing in-process samples like OD, pH, and conductivity
- Compliance with EHS guidelines, procedures, and legal requirements
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of downstream processing
- Hands-on experience with microbial production equipment
- Understanding of GMP, validation, and qualification processes
- Familiarity with SAP systems in biotech operations
- Ability to work in regulated biotechnology job environments
