Job Overview:
As a Team Member – Sourcing (Biologics), you’ll be part of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team, responsible for handling procurement operations across the Biology division. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring uninterrupted material flow to support R&D excellence within the biotech sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably from a Biotech background.
- 3–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with SCM processes, cGMP, and regulatory compliance (FDA, SOX).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement for Biology raw materials — from RFI/RFQ to PO placement.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using competitive market analysis.
- Oversee vendor qualification, GMP audits, and technical document coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient material flow.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within SCM operations.
