Job Details:
- Project Title: Analytical Quality Control & Quality Assurance in Rice Fortification (GAP 640)
- Position: Research Associate – I (RA-I)
- No. of Positions: 01
- Location: CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka
- Fellowship: ₹42,000 + 20% HRA
- Tenure: Initially up to March 31, 2026, extendable to August 31, 2026, based on project requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Food Science & Technology (or equivalent).
- Desirable: Experience in food analysis, method validation, and food product development using modern analytical instruments.
- Must possess proficiency in MS Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct R&D and analytical laboratory work in the project domain.
- Perform quality control and assurance related to food fortification.
- Use modern analytical instruments to validate food analysis methods.
- Collaborate with senior scientists on experimental design and data interpretation.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in analytical instrumentation
- Strong understanding of food quality and safety protocols
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative research setup
