Available Positions: 1 – Project Associate (PAT-I)
Job Details:
- Project Title: Setting up the State of Art Laboratory for Quality and Safety Assurance of Agricultural and Value-Added Products (CNP 576)
- Position: Project Associate – I (PAT-I)
- Stipend: Rs. 25,000 + HRA
- Tenure: Up to March 31, 2026 (extendable till November 2026 or project end)
- Location: CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka
- Nature: Temporary, purely on a contractual basis under research jobs
Educational Requirements:
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science, or equivalent discipline relevant to life science jobs.
- Desirable: Prior experience in a reputed R&D institute handling modern analytical instruments, method validation, and MS Office tools will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory-based research and analysis in quality and safety of food products.
- Support ongoing R&D activities under the project.
- Maintain analytical records and assist in data validation.
- Work collaboratively within the research team at CSIR–CFTRI to achieve project objectives.
Skills Required:
- Sound understanding of Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Food Science.
- Laboratory-based research skills and analytical aptitude.
- Familiarity with advanced lab instruments.
- Strong communication and MS Office proficiency.
- Commitment to quality-driven life science research jobs.
