Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Biotechnology/Biochemical Engineering graduates to join our Fermentation team at Synthite, Kochi. The role involves supporting fermentation operations, monitoring processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day production activities while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of fermentation processes as per SOPs.
• Maintain process parameters, daily logs, and production records accurately.
• Support routine shift operations to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards during all processes.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting during fermentation and report deviations to supervisors.
Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of fermentation and bioprocess techniques
• Familiarity with GMP, safety, and plant hygiene practices (added advantage)
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work in routine shifts & Male candidates preferred
