About the Role:
This Technical Specialist (Fresher) role involves extensive travel (≈80%) within the assigned territory and hands-on training at the regional office/lab in Hyderabad. The candidate will act as a technical liaison between the company and customers, supporting product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite troubleshooting for company products.
• Conduct technical demos, presentations, and workshops.
• Assist sales personnel in closing leads and following up with clients.
• Act as a link between customers and the company to ensure smooth communication.
• Responsibly handle critical situations at client sites.
• Participate in technical training and acquire in-depth product knowledge.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or any Life Science field.
• Knowledge of immunology, basic dilution calculations, and antigen-antibody reactions is required.
• Experience in immunohistochemistry is a plus.
Training Details:
• Training will be conducted at Head Office, Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Duration: 10–15 Days
