Establishing and maintaining quality control systems

Overseeing laboratory operations

Managing personnel

Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

Analyzing data and leading continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee the accuracy, precision, and reliability of test results and lab processes

Handling NABL audit for all branches and making sure QA and QC is done
