Job Summary:
Pharmazone are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with 3–4 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines, and maintaining high-quality data integrity. This role offers a competitive package above ₹4 LPA, with assured hikes for candidates currently drawing a higher CTC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monitoring visits including site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out as per ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Ensure the accuracy, validity, and completeness of trial data collected at clinical trial sites.
• Maintain strong communication with investigators, site staff, and internal project teams.
• Perform risk-based monitoring to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, study protocols, and timelines.
• Support in training site staff regarding study procedures and documentation.
• Prepare monitoring reports and maintain essential trial documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
