Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Coordinator to oversee administrative tasks, manage databases, and coordinate medical webinars. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by handling participant communication, scheduling, and event execution through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the medical database with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate webinars, including scheduling speakers, sending invitations, and managing participant lists.
• Reach out to participants via calls, WhatsApp, and email to invite and confirm attendance.
• Handle all related administrative tasks to ensure smooth webinar operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for webinar logistics.
• Maintain proper records of events, attendance, and feedback for future reference.
• Prepare and share reports on webinar performance and participant engagement.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, admin, or healthcare events (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Must have knowledge on Excel, PPT.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) is an advantage.
