Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Qualification Requirements:

• BSc in Life Sciences,
• Postgraduate in Life Sciences with a Clinical Research Degree/Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess new clinical trial sites and Principal Investigators (PIs)
• Conduct detailed feasibility assessments and assist in site selection
• Handle IRB/IEC submissions and follow-ups for approvals
• Collect and maintain regulatory documents and Trial Master File (TMF)
• Prepare sites for Site Initiation Visits (SIV)
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and Indian GCP guidelines
• Assist the Principal Investigator with the Informed Consent process
• Screen, enroll, and manage patients through all study phases
• Prepare and maintain accurate source documentation and subject logs
• Manage Investigational Product (IP) accountability and logistics
• Enter and verify data in CRFs/eCRFs and resolve data queries promptly
• Report Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) as per protocol timelines
• Coordinate audits, monitoring visits, site closure, and archival activities
• Maintain calibration records and study-specific logs (drug, temperature, etc.)
• Facilitate central lab logistics and communicate abnormal lab results to investigators
• Coordinate subject reimbursements and maintain patient communication
• Document protocol deviations and communicate with ethics committees as required
• Support business development initiatives by identifying clinical trial opportunities
