Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with the study protocol, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
• Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Review regulatory documents, source documents, and investigator files
• Ensure accurate data collection and timely query resolution
• Build strong working relationships with site staff and cross-functional teams
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation and reports

Required Skills|Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRA in pharmaceutical, CRO, or clinical research environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine
• Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and trial conduct
• Willingness to travel to clinical sites as required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
