Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatics Specialist to join our FSP team and support clinical and research data analysis projects. You’ll apply computational biology tools to derive insights from large-scale genomic and proteomic data, contributing to clinical development pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze NGS and omics data to support biomarker and drug discovery studies.
• Maintain and update data processing pipelines using tools such as Python, R, and Bioconductor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Managers and Clinical Scientists.
• Prepare visualizations and reports on genetic variants and expression profiles.
• Perform quality control and normalization of raw biological datasets.
Qualifications:
• M.Sc./M.Tech/B.Tech in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Life Sciences.
• 2+ years of experience in bioinformatics projects, preferably in pharma/clinical settings.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, R/Python, and bioinformatics databases/tools.
• Strong documentation, data interpretation, and visualization skills.
