Job Title: Microbiology Executive

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Department: Quality Control – Microbiology
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, and water samples (WFI, purified, etc.)
• Conduct environmental monitoring of production and sterile areas (settle plates, swab testing, air sampling)
• Handle sterility testing, microbial limit tests, and BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test)
• Perform validation activities like media fill, disinfectant efficacy, and cleaning validation
• Maintain and calibrate microbiological instruments such as incubators, laminar air flow, autoclave, and colony counters
• Prepare and review microbiological SOPs, protocols, and reports
• Investigate and handle microbiological deviations, OOS, and non-conformances
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards (WHO, MHRA, USFDA, etc.)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audits and regulatory inspections
Desired Candidate Profile:
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology lab.
• Solid understanding of microbiological techniques and regulatory compliance.
• Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
