Job Overview:

We are seeking a Client Product Specialist to manage and support our clients by providing expert product knowledge, technical guidance, and customized solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product development, sales, and customer success, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable skincare, cosmetics, and oral care formulations.
• Technical Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth information on product ingredients, formulations, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with the research and development team to create customized formulations and resolve technical concerns.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and competitive products to offer insights to clients.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all client-specific products meet FDA, BIS, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
• Project Coordination: Assist in managing product development timelines, samples, and client approvals.
• Customer Support & Training: Provide training and technical assistance to clients on product usage, benefits, and differentiation.
• Documentation & Reports: Maintain records of client interactions, product trials, and approvals for seamless communication and execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or oral care product formulation, client handling, or product development.
• Strong understanding of active ingredients, preservatives, emulsifiers, and formulation techniques.
• Knowledge of private label and contract manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (FDA, BIS, GMP, ISO, etc.) for personal care products.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot client concerns related to product performance, ingredients, or formulation challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills for evaluating product effectiveness and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM Tools: Experience with documentation, reporting, and tracking client requirements.
