About the Role:

We seek a Team Manager for Pharmacovigilance to play a key role in our team based in India. The team is responsible for curating drug safety information essential for our translational drug safety intelligence portal, OFF-X.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Life Sciences with experience in pharmacovigilance or related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in people and process management in a global corporation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities of a Team Manager :

• Create a culture of success and development among team members
• Drive performance and execution, ensuring key performance indicators are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and synergies

About the Team:

You will be reporting to the Director, Content Editing, and working with an international team of over 80 colleagues. The team culture is dynamic, creative, and supportive, emphasizing excellence and care.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week as a full-time employee
