Job Responsibilities:

● Conduct research and development activities in the Injectable Unit.
● Work on formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
● Perform stability studies and analytical method development.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and GMP standards.
● Assist in preparing technical documents and reports for R&D projects.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology transfer and process improvements.
● Maintain accurate documentation and records as per SOPs and quality requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

● Knowledge of R&D processes in injectable formulations.
● Familiarity with analytical techniques and instrumentation.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Good communication and teamwork abilities.
● Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
