Position Title: Production Officer
Function: Production
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal: ENGG, STORE, QUALITY, FCC
- External: Sales
Educational Qualification: Engineer graduate / Food Technologist / Msc Food Science / Msc. Chemistry
Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Desired Competencies:
- Knowledge on Biscuit Manufacturing process
- Basic computer knowledge
- Management skill
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall incharge of a third party unit (CMU operation)
- Co ordination with central purchase team for arranging RMPM
- Ensure to meet the production plan
- Implementation of BIL quality systems and monitoring of the same
- Monitoring and ensuring all regulatory compliances
- Cordination with supply chain team for FG dispatches
- Cordination with R&D team / Product development team for new product development trials
- Ensuring the commercial SOP compliances
- Managing the Britannia assets at the plant location
- Ensure end to end quality of finish products and compliance to all process standards
- Ensure overall GMP compliance of the unit
