A Product Specialist in Immunology plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals (HCPs). This position involves promoting immunology products, providing technical support, and ensuring that HCPs are well-informed about the latest advancements in immunological treatments.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Ph.D. in immunology or a related field, or a master’s degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in immunology-related experimental techniques, with a solid foundation in immunology, knowledge of flow cytometry, and basic flow cytometry experimental skills.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with strong verbal and written expression; teaching experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead technical support efforts in immunology, including pre-sales consultation and post-sales service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical solutions, plan events, and participate in major exhibitions and booth technical services.
- Conduct regular visits to key customers, delivering presentations, training sessions, and experimental consultations.
- Provide expert guidance and solutions for customers’ research topics and experiments.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Note: This role requires extensive travel, approximately 50% of the time.
