Educational Qualifications:

• MSc/MTech or similar qualifications in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Cell Biology / Biomedical Sciences / Life Sciences with 2-4 years of research experience.

Must Have Technical Skills

• Protein purification using AKTA Pure & AKTA Avant systems, process development, experience in Affinity, Ion-exchange, HIC chromatography, Column packing, and tangential flow filtration.
• Excellent communication with upstream and analytical teams.
• Diligent documentation skills and experience writing detailed Lab Notebooks.
• Basic knowledge of bioinformatics is a plus.

Desirable:

• High throughput small-scale and medium-scale purification using liquid handling systems.
• Protein conjugation using various functional groups.
• Sound knowledge of protein expression.
• Any experience with techniques like Western blotting, ELISA.
• Basic working experience in protein characterization, various HPLC techniques, and experience in upstream processes.
• Biotechnology industrial experience.
• Experience in cell culture.

• A proactive team player.
• Ensure completion of experiments and generate accurate and reproducible data from experiments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
