Role: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – DSP (Manufacturing)
Team: Manufacturing
Location: Manesar, Gurugram
Experience Required: 7-10 Years
Key Competencies:
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Bioprocess Engineering
- Target Industries: Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals
- Protein Purification Expertise: Skilled in purification chromatography systems & large-scale columns
- Chromatography Techniques: Proficient in Ion Exchange, Affinity, HIC, TFF systems, and Hollow Fiber/cassette handling
- Process Scale-Up: Experienced with FPLC, AKTA Process, AKTA Pilot, and R&D to manufacturing scalability
- Compliance & Documentation: Strong knowledge in cGMP, QMS, and GDP for audit readiness
- Team Management: Adept at resource planning, training, and shift scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
- Downstream Execution: Oversee daily downstream execution, including batch planning and resource management
- Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance by managing QMS, CAPA, OOS, and deviation processes
- Process Troubleshooting: Execute and troubleshoot purification processes with a focus on aseptic operations
- Equipment Qualification: Drive qualification activities for all downstream equipment, maintaining high standards
- Risk Management: Proactively address risks to ensure quality and meet timelines effectively
