Walk-in-Interviews for the Award of DRDO Research Associate (RA) (07 Posts) and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) (11 Posts)
The Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), a specialized laboratory under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), is dedicated to advancing the readiness, preparedness, and strategic resilience of the armed forces against radiological threats. INMAS focuses on radiation countermeasures under its mission of “Atom for Peace” and “Peace from Atom.” The institute plays a key role in estimating absorbed radiation doses for triage and advising first responders and Quick Response Teams (QRTs) on immediate actions. Additionally, INMAS provides cbRNe training modules for military, paramilitary, elite forces, and national organizations, and explores neural bases of cognitive and behavioral traits critical to military performance, safeguarding the health of soldiers and first responders
in environments with ionizing radiation and occupational hazards.
INMAS invites young and meritorious Indian nationals for walk-in-interview who wish to pursue defense-related research as Research Associate (RA) & Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in various subjects and research areas.
