Job Description
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Adhere to Laboratory Safety Standards and Practices.
- Responsible for the execution of RM/PM/IP/FP/Stability and micro-sample analysis and LST activities.
- Issue new STPs/Specifications from QA and submit obsolete STPs/Specifications to QA.
- Report/highlight discrepancies in Procedures/Products/People practices/Materials/Systemic issues to the Group Leader and Functional Head promptly.
- Perform analyses as per the respective SOP, STP, or GTP.
- Ensure online and error-free documentation.
- Use Calibrated Instruments/Equipment for analysis.
- Maintain and issue Working/Reference/Impurity Standards for analysis.
- Operate Instruments/Equipment with utmost care as instructed in the relevant SOP.
- Report Incidents/OOS/OOT and unexpected results to the Group Leader promptly.
- Manage (receipt, issuance, and disposal) chemicals, solvents, reagents, standards, and miscellaneous materials from the Engineering store.
- Adhere to the Stability Management procedure.
- Ensure disposal of IP/FP/Stability samples after completion of analysis.
- Support all LST-related activities.
- Maintain and issue Columns for chromatography used in Analysis.
- Comply with any additional responsibilities given by the Supervisor.
- Support during Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance of Instruments/Equipment.
- Properly maintain Documents, Register, Booklet, and reconciliation as applicable.
- Participate in analytical method validation and analytical method transfer activities.
- Conduct instrument and equipment qualification activity as per applicable procedure.
Qualifications
- MSC with 2 to 6 years of experience
