QTLomics Sales and Marketing Executive Job Profile:
- We are now looking for motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join us. As part of the team, you will help identify and cultivate opportunities for new and existing clients through inquiries. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills, and a solid knowledge base in genomics.
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the market environment, including current and possible future market trends, practices, and information affecting the business, industry trends, competition and competitive environment, marketplace strategies, and tactics.
- Have a deep knowledge of services and products and the value to customers. You would provide presentations to drive market interest in technologies. You would attend relevant trade shows and conferences.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for winning new business, expanding market share, and building upon existing programs.
- Regularly communicate updates to management of in-district trends and any issues related to their specific product line performance, competitor activities, or other issues emerging in the assigned territory.
- Spend a significant amount of time in the field, visiting customers to maintain positive relationships, implement strategies, tactics, and drive key solutions related to genomics services and products.
- Identify and interact with key opinion leaders and key customers to develop solutions and facilitate the introduction of products into new customer groups.
- Provide strategic and competitive feedback to field marketing.
- Research and identify new market opportunities in the application of genomics in agriculture in association with sales partners and marketing teams.
Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for multiple tasks related to Sales & Marketing – lead generation, sales record maintenance, making cold calls, generating inquiries, email campaigns, negotiating with customers, giving presentations to customers (Private and Government businesses), following up with customers for payment, sales report generation, customer nurturing, and quote generation, etc.
- The incumbent will be working closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve company goals.

Experience Required:
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, namely Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Plant Breeding, Plant Physiology, or closely related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience working as a sales and marketing manager in the genomics field with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
