Program Highlights

The Program is aimed at improving the employability prospects of fresh science and pharmacy graduates specialized in microbiology as well as enhancing the skills of experienced scientific talent. It provides deep understanding of various aspects of Microbiology through an Intensive curriculum comprising 8 modules, delivered by the renowned faculty from BITS. The live experiments at the state-of-the-art Quality Control Labs of Biocon further accentuates the learning of the students.

Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

  • B.Tech., Biotechnology with Microbiology as one semester paper (Fresher or Experienced)
  • M.Sc. Biotech with Microbiology as one semester paper (Fresher or Experienced)
  • M.Sc. Microbiology (Fresher or Experienced)
  • M.Sc. Biochemistry (with one paper of Microbiology)
  • M.Sc. Molecular Biology (with one paper of Microbiology)
  • M.Sc. Biosciences (with one paper of Microbiology)
  • M.Sc. Life Sciences (with one paper of Microbiology)

Minimum CGPA/Percentage Required

  • CGPA: 6.85 and above on a scale of 10
  • Percentage: 65% and above
