Eligibility: Master in Life Science or related fields
Experience: 1-3 years (Prior Experience in any event management will be given preference)
Salary: Rs 2.4 lakhs to 4.2 lakhs per Annum (depending on Experience and performance in the interview)

Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Senior Executive & Coordinator, your mission will encompass:
- Strategic Insight and Leadership: Understand and evaluate the current standing of IBioM, engaging with trustees and secretariat members to align efforts with our ambitious goals.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Deep dive into the startup and MSME ecosystem, becoming a beacon for IBioM on social media, and establishing key partnerships with organizations and government bodies within India and internationally.
- Funding and Networking: Identify and liaise with funding agencies and biotech incubation centers, expanding our corporate membership and fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with IBioM trustees and team members to ensure a professional and effective office system, organizing monthly meetings to synergize efforts across the organization.
- Technological Advancement: Stay abreast of and continually update with newer technologies related to the biotech and life sciences sectors, ensuring IBioM’s impactful outcomes through innovation and advanced methodologies.
Joining Details:
- Start Date: 1st May 2024
- Location: #2/5, 3rd Floor, Dahilia Building, 80 Feet Road, RMV 2nd Stage, Bengaluru 560094
- Work Hours: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, plus two Saturdays.
Growth and Compensation:
- Review and Feedback: Regular informal and formal review sessions to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction, with a formal review at the six-month mark.
- Compensation: Competitive, with a review at the end of the initial 6-month period to reflect your contribution and growth within IBioM.
