The Molecular Biophysics Laboratory at the Department of Biological Sciences, IISER Bhopal, is inviting applications for the positions of Project Assistant and Project Associate.

Job Description
The selected candidate(s) will be responsible for:
- Generating mutagenesis libraries
- Membrane protein preparation
- Protein folding/unfolding titrations
Minimum Qualifications
Project Assistant:
- First class B. Sc. or equivalent in Biochemistry from a recognized national university. Enclose all mark sheets as proof.
Project Associate:
- First class M. Sc. or equivalent in Biophysics from a recognized national university.
- Must have valid GATE/JRF qualification.
- Must have 6-month experience in molecular biology.
- Enclose all mark sheets and qualification documents as proof.
Salary
- Project Assistant: Rs. 20,000/- p. m.
- Project Associate: Rs. 31,000/- p. m.
HRA as applicable. Salary will follow prevailing norms of the funding agency and IISER Bhopal.
Tenure
1-2 years, extendable to 3 years with salary appraisal each year based on performance.
