Walk-in Interview

Applications are invited for the posts of Young professional-II (one post) and Young professional-I (one post) in Revolving Fund Scheme project entitled “Hybrid Seed Production”, purely on a contractual basis (as indicated below). The walk-in interview is scheduled to be held on 22.12.2023 at ICAR- Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Regional Station, Indore-452 001 at 11.00 AM. The details of the posts are as follows:

Details of Project: Revolving Fund Scheme project entitled “Hybrid Seed Production”.

Young Professional-II	One	Rs. 35,000/- per month (consolidated) in accordance with ICAR-F. No. Agril.Edn.1-06/ 2020- A&P dated 04.12.2020.	Postgraduate in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Genetics & Plant Breeding/Ag. Botany /Seed Technology	Field experience in wheat crop, seed production, and basic computer knowledge
Young Professional-I	One	Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated) in accordance with ICAR-F. No. Agril.Edn.1-06/ 2020- A&P dated 04.12.2020.	Graduate in Agriculture Science from a recognized Institute /university.	Field experience in wheat crop, seed production, and basic computer knowledge

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. Age limit: The minimum age for Young Professional-II and Young Professional-I will be 21 years and the maximum 45 years, Age relaxation as per rules.
2. The posts are purely temporary and will be filled on a contractual basis initially up to 31st March 2024, but may be extended further based on the performance of the candidate or till the termination of the project whichever is earlier.
3. The candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the positions co-terminus with the project.
4. The candidates will have to compulsorily fill in the application form (as per the format annexed), all the copy certificates from matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate either original or provisional and a recent photograph enclosed onto the application form. Proof of experience and publications must also be attached with the application form.
5. The selected candidate will be required to produce all the original documents at the time of joining.
6. No TA/DA/ any other expenses will be paid for attending the interview.
7. Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview.
8. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.
9. The candidate intending to attend the interview, if any of his/her near or distant relative is an employee of the ICAR/IARI, have to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in writing before the interview date.
10. All the other candidates are also required compulsorily to submit the scan declaration duly signed in the format annexed along with other documents in the e-mail.
