Post 1: Customer Solutions Manager
As a Customer Solutions Manager at Aganitha, you will be called upon to blend advances in multiple disciplines such as Omics, Structural Biology, Protein and Antibody Engineering, Computational Quantum Chemistry, AI/ML, and High-performance computing in the Cloud to help our global BioPharma customers accelerate design and development of SMOL, Antibody, Gene, Cell & RNA therapeutics. You will work with research leaders at our customer organizations, identify their needs, and build solutions in collaboration with our internal technical and scientific teams.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong interest in engaging with customers to apply the latest scientific and technological advances for R&D acceleration, driving revenue growth for Aganitha in the process

- Use your life sciences expertise to define in silico solutions for addressable areas and pain points in disease research, drug discovery, and development processes in close collaboration with prospects, customers, partners, and the multi-disciplinary team at Aganitha.
- Interact with scientists, directors, and VPs of global Biopharma, interpret their needs/asks, and define and refine solutions that will address them.
- Drive clarity and definition to the solutions being developed/created
- Create content describing the capabilities of the solution, and communicate the same to the global biopharma scientists
- Support the sales and marketing teams in market outreach and discussions with customers.
Desired Skills / Expertise
Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, and Cheminformatics (Life Sciences) with a passion for learning.
- Strong interest in computational and data-driven methods and a clear understanding of how in silico methods can accelerate drug discovery and development processes. Must have a keen understanding of the interface of computer technology, high throughput sciences, and Biology/Chemistry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Strong interest in engaging and communicating with customers
- You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Your creativity, knowledge, and ability to prioritize will play a key role in your ability to fine-tune existing solutions and/or help build new solutions.
- Prior experience in the Biopharma industry is a plus
- MBA/PGDM is a plus
POST 2: Product Manager
As a Product Manager at Aganitha, you will develop new solutions and products, build on existing solutions in the fields of Omics, Structural and computational biology, and computational chemistry, and drive the growth and application of these solutions for novel therapeutic development in global biopharma. You would use your experience in life sciences in engaging with researchers in the global biopharma space to understand the gaps and the needs of the market and guide the multidisciplinary teams at Aganitha to build them.
The Product Manager will use her/his life sciences experience to evaluate and identify the gaps and needs of the market. This person works with the multi-disciplinary teams at Aganitha to guide solutions and products from concept to launch and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and set the short-term and long-term vision and strategy for the solutions by understanding the stated and unstated needs of the customers and the market.
- Develop and product manage a multi-year roadmap and align all the key stakeholders on the direction and development of the solutions.
- Conduct research on alternate and competitive solutions and draw insights.
- Generate insights from interactions with scientists and leaders in global Biopharma to identify areas where in silico methods would have a significant impact.
- Develop a Go-To-Market approach for the solutions.
- Support the marketing and sales teams in market outreach.
- Represent and advocate for solutions in global biopharma industry events

As a Partnership Manager, you will develop and drive Aganitha’s global partnerships and alliances with a focus on the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company partnerships and alliances with a focus on the growth of the company.
- The partnerships will be with technology (Cloud, Data) companies as well as companies in the Life Sciences space.
- Establish a systematic process for partner identification, outreach, and relationship management.
- Understand the Aganitha and Partner solutions, identify areas of mutual cooperation, and build joint solutions.
- Connect with key stakeholders in Partner organizations, engage with them, and build strong relationships with them.
- Develop strategies and actions to drive revenue growth for both Aganitha and the Partner organization.
- Attend industry and partner events to drive visibility to Aganitha and joint solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential Partners, and areas of partnership with Aganith
