Job Title: Laboratory Technician in Transplant Immunology and Molecular Diagnosis

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join the Advanced Diagnostic Research Center at the Mazumdar Shaw Medical Foundation. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in state-of-the-art laboratory techniques in diagnosis and clinical research. Techniques include: flow-cytometry, NGS, PCR, IHC, and ELISA. One can pursue higher studies up to a PhD while earning. Be part of publications and patents if you contribute significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare samples for the detection of markers and disease status as per the duty in the assigned group.
- Work closely within the lab environment to assist in various detection procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of sample collection and processing.
- Accompany the sample collection team as per the emergency roster over holidays and after hours. [Travel from the lab to the sample collection point is arranged by the hospital]
Requirements:
- A strong willingness to work in a Transplant Biology Laboratory.
- Flexibility to travel at night and on holidays for sample collection in hospital transportation.
- Basic understanding of biological processes and laboratory practices (training will be provided).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
