Age Limit: 35 years
Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 70,000
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- PhD degree in Biotechnology or any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized University.
- At least one publication as first author in a scientific journal.
Desirable Qualification & Experience: Experience in the development of new immunoassays for clinical use, recombinant protein production from mammalian cells, high throughput liquid handling, conducting large number of ELISA tests (>500 samples in single round)

Project: Genomic Surveillance for SARS-COV2 in India: Indian SARS-COV2 Genomics consortium
(INSACOG)- Phase-II. (Component A – Sentinel Surveillance and Component B – Sewage Surveillance)Number of Post: Three(Two posts for Component A and One post for Component B)
Age Limit: 35 years
Monthly Emoluments:
i) Rs. 35,000/- +HRA Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR – UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through
National level examinations conducted by Central Department and their agencies and
institutions)
ii) Rs.28,000/- +HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above
Minimum Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree or equivalent degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University with two years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Desirable Qualification & Experience: Experiences in isolation of DNA and RNA from clinical samples, PCR, qPCR, dPCR, next generation sequencing, and analysis.

Monthly Emoluments:
i) Rs. 31,000/- +HRA (For PA-I)/Rs. 35,000/- +HRA (For PA-II) Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR – UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Department
and their agencies and institutions)
ii) Rs.25,000/- + HRA (PA-I)/ Rs.28,000/- + HRA (For PA-II) for others who do not fall
under (i) above
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- For Project Associate-I : B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Pharma/ Master’s degree in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology/Computational Science from the recognized University.
- For Project Associate-II B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Pharma/Master’s degree in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology/Computational Science with two years of postqualification research experience.
Desirable Qualification & Experience:
- Familiarity with Molecular Modeling, Molecular Dynamics Simulation and visualisation
packages (eg. GROMACS, AMBER, PyMol, Chimera). - Coding or scripting experience(e.g. Python, PERL or C/C++) will be preferable.
