Applications are invited for GRG-Food Quality Testing Lab (GRG-FQTL) at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu to join our cutting-edge facility and contribute to our rapidly expanding food testing services.
Qualification: PhD or Post-graduate degree in Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Science
Job Position: Lab Manager at GRG-FQTL, Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the Food Testing Lab domain, demonstrating strong technical competence, resource management skills, and experience in P & L management.
Job Role: a) Possess a thorough understanding of food safety regulations, quality standards, and laboratory procedures; b) Responsible for overseeing lab operations, coordinating staff, and managing resources; c) Strong leadership skills, effective communication and the ability to work well in a team are vital for this role; d) Analyze market trends, identify customer needs and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience
