Genei Labs is expanding and we are looking for suitable candidates:

Post I

Name of the Post – Research assistant/associate/executive/trainee (for MDx)

Eligibility –

• Bachelors or Masters in biotechnology/life sciences/microbiology/biochemistry, preferably with training in molecular biology techniques
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a molecular diagnostic company or an Institute working in areas related to molecular biology

Experience –

• Experience in extraction of DNA/RNA from clinical samples using different extraction kits and platforms is essential
• Experience in optimization and validation of extraction methods for MDx test is desirable
• Some experience in manufacturing of MDx kits in a regulated setting would be helpful

Post II

Name of the Post –

; Research assistant/associate/executive/trainee (for MDx)

Eligibility –

• Bachelors or Masters in biotechnology/life sciences/microbiology/biochemistry, preferably with training in molecular biology techniques
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a molecular diagnostic company or an Institute working in areas related to molecular biology

Experience –

• Experience in setting up PCR reactions, evaluation and reporting test data is desirable
• Experience in quality control tests of molecular diagnostic kits is desirable
• Some experience in manufacturing of MDx kits in a regulated setting would be helpful

Post III

Name of the Post – Research assistant/associate/executive/Trainee (for NPD)

Eligibility –

• Bachelors or Masters in biotechnology/life sciences/microbiology/biochemistry, preferably with training in molecular biology techniques
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a molecular diagnostic company or an Institute working in areas related to molecular biology
• Aptitude in design and optimization of PCR assays and master mixes would be an advantage

Experience –

• Experience in setting up PCR reactions, evaluation and reporting test data is desirable
• Any experience in purification and evaluation of polymerase enzymes would be highly desirable
