About the Role –
Support the execution of the production, coordinate the line team in operational activities and ensure the presence of production factors on the shift.
Main Responsibilities –
- Ensures the optimization of the production factors (material, method, labour force and machinery) providing all necessary information to the Manager regarding the utilization and management during the shifts.
- He/she is liable within his / her shift for all production phases of his area of competence (Preparation, Molding, Packaging)
- He/she is liable for the presence of packaging / raw materials, semi-finished ideated for the consecutive shifts through the coordination of the person in charge of packaging.
- Is liable for the interruption or slowdown in production of the lines based on the information deriving from the operators.
- Is liable for the preparation and start-up of the lines of his/her area of competence along with updating the book of line falling within his/her aera of competence, based on the information provided by the operators and managing the change of the shift by assisting the handover between the workers and shift in charge.
- Is consulted by the Manager in the resource allocation on the lines (medium term) for the development of the skills.
- Coordinate with the Manager in the medium-long term line resources planning.
- Is liable for applying all necessary measures to avoid incidents in the workplace
- Collaborates with the Maintenance in the case of breakdown and repair service; in the cases of urgency, he requests the intervention of the Facilities & Utilities Maintenance.
- Coordinate in the development of improvement initiatives, Identifies and propose areas of improvement for the activities falling within his / her competence.
- Collaborates with the Management Assistant and with the Line Manager, providing information useful for the correct monitoring of the performances.
- Collaborates with the Manager in Ferrero Lean Manufacturing Implementation.
- Performs the implementation of all actions aimed at guaranteeing the quality of the products and the production processes of the lines.
- Respects and instil the standards of hygiene and safety. Ensures the cleaning and the sanitization of the areas within his / her area of competence. Monitor for the observance of HACCP directives within his / her area of competence.
- Guarantees that all hygiene and safety standards on the lines are respected through information, and training on safety issues in the workplace.
- Monitor the progress of the relevant KPIs in line with the SQCDME principle.
- Maintain Production Master Plan for factory with the help of Plant Maintenance Manager
- Actively contribute and lead H&S in the respective department (Risk assessment & RCA CAPA)
Who we are looking for –
- Master/Bachelor in Food Tech
- Minimum 4 to 7 yrs Experience in reputed FMCG.
- Good communication Skill
