Job Description –
- Performing all the assigned production activities in confirmation to Batch record and recording the details in record sheet and logbooks. In case any abnormalities or deviations are observed Should be recorded and informed to the production in charge to avoid any quality issues in the product.
- Performing Fermentation and Downstream activities.
- Handling of Equipment like Fermenters, Incubators, Process vessels, CIP system, Integrity tester, Centrifuges, TFF/CFF systems, and Peristaltic Pumps.
- Microscope, Spectrophotometer, pH and Conductivity meter.
- Performing the CIP and SIP of process equipment and liquid filters, and air filter integrity testing.
- In-process QC sample collection for testing
- Performing the online process documentation.
- Follow the HSE guidelines.
- Adherence to personnel hygiene safety and good documentation practices.
- Reporting to shift in charge.
Qualifications
- M.Sc/B.Tech Biotechnology/ Microbiology/life sciences.
- Exp – 2-6 years.
