Name of the Post – Project Associate

Responsibilities –

1. Literature search.
2. Design, plan and execute experiments under the supervision of the scientist.
3. Provide scientific support to the scientist in his/her research activities.
4. Bookkeeping and maintenance of stocks and consumables.

Academic qualifications –

• Post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences or Professional Courses.

Experience –

• Candidates with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in cell culture/microbiology/molecular biology/zebrafish handling are preferred. Fresher with academic excellence may also apply

Required Personal attributes –

• The candidate should be motivated, committed and should be able to contribute independently and working in teams

Award of PhD –

• The Project Associate position will not lead to a PhD. However, outstanding performers may be considered for PhD program under exceptional circumstances solely at the discretion of the institution.
