Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for the following assignment on a time-bound research project undertaken at the Amity Institute of Genome Engineering (AIGE), Amity University, Noida.
Name of Posts – Project Assistant
Number of posts – 01 (One)
Name of the Research Project – “Functional exploration of triterpene pathways in model plants”.
Name of sponsoring agency – DBT
Duration of the position – Initially six months, extendable on yearly basis up to three years depending on performance.
Age – As per Rule

Essential qualifications –
- B.Tech Biotechnology / M.Tech Biotechnology / M.Sc. in Botany / Zoology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Genetics / Life Sciences / Microbiology / Agriculture / Chemistry with a minimum of 60% (or equivalent CGPA) from recognized University.
- Candidates with prior research experience in theoretical and practical skills in molecular biology, genomics, metabolomics, and organic chemistry will be preferred. Preferred skills include chromatographic analysis like LC-MS/MS, GC-MS and NMR and gene cloning heterologous protein expression will be preferred
