A walk-in-interview will be conducted for the following positions for the DBT funded research scheme on “Establishment of a Consortium for One Health to address Zoonotic and Transboundary Diseases in India, including the Northeast Region” at Translational Research Platform for Veterinary Biologicals (TRPVB), Centre for Animal Health Studies, 2nd Floor, CUL building, TANUVAS, Madhavaram Milk Colony, Chennai – 51.

Name of the Post – Project Associate -I*
No. of Posts – 01
Upper age limit – 35 years
Essential Qualification – Master’s Degree in Life Sciences / M.VSc., or B.Tech Biotechnology or related discipline from a recognised University or equivalent.
Consolidated Pay –
- Rs.31,000 /- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A Selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
- Rs.25,000/- +HRA for others who do not fall under (i)
Post II

Upper age limit – 35 years
Essential Qualification –
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences / M.VS.c., or B.Tech Bio-Technology or related discipline from a recognised University or equivalent; and
- 2 years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions of Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
Consolidated Pay –
- Rs.35,000 /- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through a process as mentioned S.No. 1 (i) above.
- Rs.28,000/- +HRA for others who do not fall under (i)
*This project involves extensive blood sample collection from an animal population in the southern states of India. The selected candidates should be prepared to travel to different places for sample collection and testing the samples at the laboratory.
All the posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the projects.

- Candidates with filled in the application form are requested to walk-in to TRPVB, 2nd Floor, Central University Laboratory (CUL) Building, TANUVAS, Madhavaram Milk Colony,
Chennai-600 051 for the Written test and interview on 09.06.2022 at 10.00 AM with original certificates in support of age, qualifications, Photo ID card and experience certificate (if any). - Working personnel are requested to attend the interview with a No objection letter from the present Employer and No TA and DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- The written exam will be for a one-hour duration with multiple-choice questions.
