NOTIFICATION

NIMHANS is conducting Walk-in-Selection for the post of “Project Assistant” on contract basis for the NIMHANS funded project entitled “Glial Cell response in Brain tumors – Region specific effect of Craniopharyngioma cyst fluid on hypothalamic glial cells” – under the guidance of Dr.Manish Benwal, Additional Professor, Department of Neurosurgery & Principal Investigator, NIMHANS.

• Date & time of Walk-in-Selection: 13.04.2022 at 11.30 A.M.

Note:

1. The candidates are required to register their names between half an hour before
   Commencement of the Interview.
2. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test.

Emoluments – Per Month Rs. 16,000/- (Consolidated)

Educational Qualifications – M.Sc. or M.Tech/M.Phil degree in any field of science/life
science/physics/biophysics/ chemistry with a good academic record. Preference will be given to candidates with NET/GATE/JGEEBILS/ICMR qualifications.

Additional Experience – Candidates with some experience in content writing, proteomics data analysis, western blotting and qPCR are encouraged to apply.

Nature of Work – The project covers data analysis and compilation of LCMS/MS of Craniopharyngioma cyst fluid. Some experiments of western blotting, immunocytochemistry and qRT PCR.
