Name of the Post – Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No. of Posts – 01

Name of the Project – “Defining the role of nutrient-sensitive O-GlcNAc modification in Hepatocellular Carcinoma”.

Duration – The selected candidate will be appointed purely on a temporary basis, till the validity of the project is based on an assessment of the candidate’s performance every year. The candidate will be encouraged to join as PhD candidate in the University.

Note –

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview (via Zoom
   video link), and no other communications in this regard will be entertained.
2. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview.

Salary – Rs. 31,000 per month + HRA (as per DST rules).

Essential Qualifications & Experience – Candidate must have M.Sc. or M.Tech. degree (with minimum 60% marks) in Life Sciences/Biotechnology or any related field with hands-on experience in Molecular Biology work. Only NET/JRF qualified candidates will be given preference for the post or the candidate with proven track record of research experience and /or publications.

Desirable – Research experience in molecular biology methods, cell culture, protein-protein interactions.
