WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

A walk-in-Interview for the selection of candidates for engagement of the various posts
under the project mentioned below will be held at IFP, Ranchi on 16th August (Monday)
Interested and eligible candidates are requested to report for interview at IFP, Ranchi on 16th August (Monday) at 9.30 A.M. as per their qualifying criteria as given below

Post I

Name of the Post: Project Assistant

No. of Positions: 01

Name of the Project: All India Coordinated research projects on Bamboo.

Post II

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow

No. of Positions: 05

Name of the Project: Nation Programme for Conservation and Development of
Forest Genetic Resource (FGR)

How to Apply:

1. Age: Upper age limit 28 years as on the 1st day of June 2021. The age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST /Women/Physically handicapped and OBC.
2. The number of posts of the project may vary depending upon the situation.
3. The engagement will be governed by the rules of JRF /JPF /SFR/SPF /RA/PA/FA of ICFRE,
   Dehradun. The engagement will be purely temporary, contractual, time-bound and co-terminus with the project. The awardees will not be allowed to quit during the
   study /project period.
4. Candidates appearing for interview should bring with them dully signed bio-data along with recent passport size coloured photograph and attested copies of all the academic
   certificates and relevant documents related to SC/ST /OBC, age, educational qualification, Mark sheets from 10th class to onwards and experiences.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

For Post I

Emoluments: Rs. 19,000 per month

Essential Qualifications: B.Sc in Biotechnology/ Botany/ Life Science/ Forestry/ Environmental Science.

Desirable: The candidate having knowledge of computers (MS Office, data entry).

For Post II

Emoluments: Rs.31,000/- pm

Essential Qualifications: 1st Class M.Sc. in Botany / Agriculture /Forestry/ Life Science with NET Qualification or any other National Level examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and institutions as DST, DBT, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, ITT, ISSC, HSER etc.
OR
Graduate Degree in Professional Course with a NET qualification in the above relevant
subjects
OR
Postgraduate Degree in Professional Course in the above relevant subject.
