Salary: Rs/-( 65000/- Medical) (Non-Medical/- 60000 Consolidated with Yearly Renewal.

Job Requirement:

To assist in the preparation, evaluation, scrutiny as well as the finalization of research projects and coordination of the programme and all other related activities pertaining to the unit. Orientation with lab instruments is required. Literature search associating with the research protocol, a compilation of info, preparation/scrutiny of review/monographs etc. as well as other related work.

The term is initially for one year, totally contract basis. Based on renewal based on performance evaluation. No claim for regularization.

Qualification:

1. Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) with 1 year R&D/ teaching experience or Postgraduate diploma in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology with 2 years R&D/ teaching experience in the required subject from a recognized university
   Or
2. MBBS degree recognized by MCI or equal degree from recognized University with 4
   years R&D/ Teaching experience in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology after MBBS Degree
   Or
3. B.Tech degree in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology subject with 4 years R & D/Teaching.
   experience in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology after B.Tech degree.
   Or.
4. Master’s degree in pertinent subjects from a recognized university + PhD degree the in
   Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Physiology/Pharmacology or allied subjects from a recognized University consisting of 3 years R&D/ teaching experience in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology or a related subject such as Biochemistry/ Physiology/Pharmacology, etc. after M.Sc/PhD. Or at the very least three papers with an impact factor above 1.0.

Desirable:

1. Doctorate or M. Technology Degree in a pertinent science or engineering subject or engineering subject or MD in the relevant subject from a recognized university for candidates.
2. Additional Post-doctoral research/teaching experience in pertinent subjects is recognized institute(s)
3. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management
4. Publication in indexed scientific journals of national & international repute.
5. Experience in handling lab instruments Real-Time PCR, NGS, Sequencing Microarray.
6. Experience in COVID-19 testing and Research.
