Roles and Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of Basics of Food technology.
- Able to formulate a product, if guided.
- Able to evaluate a product vs target, if guided & plan next steps.
- Have to be a fast learner
- Able to conduct shelf life studies & Record keeping
- To conduct plant trials
- To coordinate with counterparts in Cholayil & with suppliers
- Experience in developing new Food products is desirable
- Flair for cooking is favoured.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience – 1-2 years (in Food R&D Lab).
- Qualification – B.Tech/ M.Tech (Food Technology).
Education:
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
