Job Title: Lab Technician
No.of Posts: 01
Project Title: “Study the physiological basis and gut bacterial modulations induced by
Virechana (Purgation therapy) in healthy adults: A prospective longitudinal study”
Age Limit: Below 30 years, 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Female candidates as
per government of India rules.
Duration: 3 years (initial appointment will be only for 1 year which will be extended based on performance)

For Post I
Fellowship: Rs. 35000/- plus HRA
Essential Qualification: 1st class M.Sc in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology of other fields of Life Sciences, from a recognized university with a minimum 2 years of
research experience should apply.
Desirable Qualification: Candidate with NET/GATE or any other equivalent National Level Examination will carry additional credit.
For Post II
Fellowship: Rs. 18000/- plus HRA
Essential Qualification: 1st class B.Sc (preferably in life sciences/biochemistry/ microbiology) and /or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques (DMLT) from a recognized
university with a minimum of 2 years of experience of working in a laboratory should apply.
Desirable Qualification: Experience with working on stool samples for microbial analysis.
