Applicants will build a Single PDF; it is to be sent out to Principal Investigator ([email protected]) on or prior to 07.12.2020, 2359 HRS. The candidates are additionally required to produce pertinent documents mentioned in the application [such as original of all mark sheets and certifications, research papers (if any kind of), experience certification (if any type of) etc.] at the time of interview/ joining. Selection/ Joining will certainly be terminated in case of any type of suppression of info/ document provided earlier.

Applicants will certainly be shortlisted based upon merit as well as the need of the project.

Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- P.M. for first two years (JRF) (It will be followed based on Govt. rules.).

Job Description: To carry out the research work (Experimental) pertaining to the
project. Scope to enroll as a Ph.D. Scholar in Department of Food Process Engineering (has to satisfy Institute/ Department Eligibility Criteria).

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • M Tech in Food Engg./ Post Harvest Engg./ Food Technology with minimal CGPA of 6.5 out of 10.0 (or 60% aggregate). Successful score in GATE exam is preferred.
  • Essential qualification/ experience will certainly be as per the DST norms.

Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences: Prior research experience or knowledge in the field of machine design, autoCAD, CATIA, SOLIDWORK but not mandatory. Hand-on experience on handling SEM, TEM, XRD, FTIR etc. would be an added advantage.
